Dog fighting hotline established in
Los Angeles County


A dog fighting hotline in Los Angeles County was recently initiated by the Los Angeles County District Attorney's Office for the reporting of individuals involved in dog fighting. Rewards of up to $5000 will be given for information leading to the arrest or conviction of individuals associated with the activities of dog fighting. The Humane Society of the United States is working with LA County to fund the program. Hotline number is 877-NO2-FITE.
